Forever Smile has made its home in the SAG-AFTRA building on Museum Row since 2020, and we set up every corner of the office so your visit feels calm, unhurried, and easy from the moment you arrive.

Arriving at the SAG-AFTRA Building

Your visit starts before you ever reach our door. The SAG-AFTRA building is clean, secure, and well kept, with a Starbucks, restaurants, a water fountain, and lounge seating outside — a nice spot to grab a coffee or take a breath before your appointment. Parking is easy in the garage or on the street, and the security desk in the lobby can point you our way.

Take the elevator to the third floor and you'll feel the mood shift as soon as you open our door: soft music, a clean scent, and a bright, modern space that feels far more relaxed than the dental offices most of us remember. If you filled out your forms from your phone before you came, you can settle right in — your time with us goes to your care, not a clipboard

Sarit is usually the first person you'll meet. She runs the practice behind the scenes, and because she trained as a nurse, she takes the time to walk you through your care, your options, and your fees before you decide anything — so you always know where you stand.

Our treatment rooms are bright and spotless, and they're where Dr. Shelyan and Armen take care of you at a pace that feels right to you. We build extra time into every appointment, so you can ask every question you have and leave understanding exactly what's going on with your smile.

Seeing the Full Picture of Your Health

We use technology to make your visit smoother and clearer: digital X-rays, photographs, and 3D scans let Dr. Shelyan see what's happening beneath the surface, and he shows you those images and talks you through them — so every decision you make is one you understand.
