Forever Smile has been part of Los Angeles for more than twenty years. Dr. Shelyan built the practice patient by patient, moved it into the SAG-AFTRA building in 2020, and has always believed a dental office should treat you like a whole person, not a set of teeth to be fixed.


You are cared for by a small, steady team: Armen, our hygienist, is the kind of clinician patients wait in line to see, and our front office walks you through every treatment, fee, and option before you decide anything. We look at how your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw work together, so you can keep as much of your natural smile as possible, for as many years as possible.

Finding Our Los Angeles Dental Office

You will find us on Museum Row, right by the La Brea Tar Pits, in the SAG-AFTRA building on Wilshire. We’re on the third floor in Suite 350. Off the elevator, follow the signs, or ask the security desk in the lobby and they will point you our way. Ample parking is available.
